Craft Night

Saturday night means college football at our house. Though I am learning to appreciate it, I sometimes need something to keep myself occupied during the games. This weekend, I had stocked up on fun projects from the wood connection to get ahead on my holiday decorations. My bookcase got an “All Hallows Eve” makeover while OU whooped the behinds of the University of Missouri. It was a great night.

 

I also had a bridal shower on Saturday. I met Caitlan in Seminary in 9th grade. We have been friends for many years and she was my roommate when I re-met and fell in love with my husband. She is marrying the boy that she dated in high school and one of our good friends. We can’t wait for them to get married!

Trip Down Memory Lane

I am going through all of my old pictures and videos today while working on my little sister’s wedding slideshow and keep getting distracted by things. Like this, one of my best friends got married (3 years ago now) but her wedding was definitely one of the best that I have ever been to (this may have been because I was also a bridesmaid….but seriously, look how much fun we had).

And this…this is the best part.

This may not interest many people other than those who were involved but it is still cute to watch.

I have many more pictures and videos so maybe I will work on posting more. :)

Soonerman

This is my handsome husband, James. He is the smartest person that I know. He is also a very talented writer. He has recently created a blog which he is supposed to be updating regularly (we’ll see).
